Stanadard shipping is missing and shipping cost calculation

    We noted there is no standard shipping on some of the products, and only show “Free shipping”:

    But, on some of the products, there is standard shipping.

    In this situation, we do not know how to select the shipping company to include the shipping cost calculation in the import list.

    So, What if choose “Any” in the shipping company option, Will the shipping cost of any shipping method be calculated?

    Or, do you recommend we should choose at least one shipping company like Standard Shipping to include the shipping cost calculation?

    tested with the older version, but the same issue.

    So, it seems there are some change at Aliexpress?

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    For the shipping issue and “Availability Unknown”, yes, AliExpress has changed their system recently and we’re trying to adapt. We’ve fixed it on pro version and are working on the free one now.

    For the first question of shipping company, our Chrome Extension shows the widget just to check the shipping availability. If you choose “Any” >> It’ll show the shipping availability of the first shipping company.

    If you choose a specific one >> It’ll show the availability of that company

    It does not calculate or relate to import shipping at all. You can still import products regardless.

    The shipping cost will be included when importing, please enable “Show shipping option” in the plugin settings >> Products tab to see it
