When editing a page on the right side there is an area called “Page Attributes.” In this area there is a drop down menus called “Page Templates.” Select the “Blog, Full Width” page template to get the correct template.

Then under “Appearance” then “Theme Options” scroll down to the area labeled “Blog Pages.” In this area you will see “Full Posts to display.” Change this number to the number of full posts (in the demo its 2) to display before the grid.

    Cheers!
