Standard events and plugin capabilities
-
Does the plugin do everything needed for Standard events?
1. In facebook I did the ’Set up’ > ’Set up new events’. And I was able to do an event trigger when someone clicks “sign up”.
Could I have done that with your plugin? Like using link click ‘contains a url’ or a CSS selector maybe I call it ‘lead-button’. Is that correct?
2. I also put the conversion to fire if view a page:
And I did that through your plugin. Was that also a standard event or was that a custom conversion?
3. To use standard events do I need to know or do code? I know that is a drawback of standard events. Of course I’m a coder. But would I need your plugin if I need to do code for standard events? Like is your plugin good for most things but if you want to do standard events you should just write in the code manually?
Any assistance would be very helpful.
