    Recently I found an issue that my standard WC email notifications were not sent to customers. WC log reads:

    It seems as Booster causing the problem.

    Can anyone suggest where to look and what to fix, please?

    Could you share which email related modules and their settings you’re using?

    Hi,
    Thank you for your response.
    I was using “Custom email” and “Email Options”. They were active for a long time. I set one custom email but actually did not use it.

    And just to clarify. When a customer buys from website, the status changes to “Processing” and this default email to the customer does not go.
    Other notification emails still work, like “Out of stock” notification.

    I disable the Booster email modules to check if it was the cause.
