    Hi,

    I have been testing your plugin with a few users and I have run into an issue. I have the media upload set to 8 max / 2MB each but it is not clear to users that they need to hold the Ctrl key to select more than one file which is confusing for the user.

    I added the below CSS to clarify this more for the user

    .wpas-help-block::after {content: "[Hold the Ctrl key to select more than one file]";}

    However it doesn’t really address or solve the issue because if a user has their media files in more than one location (for example desktop and pictures folders) then they’re unable to select those files in one reply.

    I understand you have a premium add-on which takes advantage of third party services but that really only helps if I planned to use those services and add more general cost month on month.

    I think, if possible, it would be wise to address this functionality within the standard plugin and offer a more user friendly option. I have seen other plugins making use of the standard WordPress media selector which is far more user friendly – would this work? Obviously you know best and there are many other options available for uploads but I really do feel it needs something more than what is already in place.

    All the best,

    Kieran.
