Standard Tax Page problem

I recently tried to update a file of tax rates to the WooCommerce Standard Tax Page but unfortunately I had some of the fields wrong and it imported the wrong tax percentage on over 700 zip codes. Trying to edit, let alone access the page, only results in the page freezing and no changes can be made.

Any suggestions on how to access the file with data or simply revert back to the default (no data)? I’m a newbie at this but know enough to find stuff with help.
