• Hi, Team

We are still configuring the judgeme on our staging site. If everything is ok, we will migrate from yotpo to judgeme(paid plan).

Can you kindly help if it is possible to change the star rating format like below:

    ★☆☆☆☆ (1) and NOT ★☆☆☆☆ 1 review

Doing this will make the mobile device more concise and direct.

    Best regards

  • Hello,

You can do this by going to the Judge.me admin > Settings > Other widgets > Preview badge > scroll down to the very end to the Preview Badge Settings section. There you can change the format. Below is a screenshot for your reference.

    Hi, Don

Really appreciate it. We are still working on this. It seems that changing the review system is not an easy job.

I still have two more questions, please kindly advise.

    1. How to send judgeme review to customers by SMS?

We really like sms method to collect the reviews from customers. Doing this will be easy for customers to make photo, video through mobile.

I asked Yotpo. There is no way to use smsbump in woocommerce. Can you advise which plugin should be used to make this happen? Is Omnisend ok? I am still reading the docs of Ommisend, but can not find this feature in it.

    2. Because we are using a filter plugin, the Judgeme widget on the product category can not be updated correctly when using filter or pagination.

It seems Judgeme review widget adds functionality with the help of JavaScript function. Would you mind giving me the javscript of judgeme review widget? Then I can add this to initialize it in filter plugin settings. Doing this will let the product review widget to show up correctly on product category pages when using filter and pagination.

    3. What is the suitable loyalty and rewards system to be compatiable with Judgement in wordpress?

Still Yotpo does not support its loyalty and rewards in wordpress. I do not know why they give up woocommerce, it is really inconvenient.

    4. Could you please advise the best way to change star rating icons?

I can find there are three line code for judgeme star rating icon which are:

    .jdgm-star.jdgm–on:before

    .jdgm-star jdgm–off:before

    .jdgm-star jdgm–half:before

If I change the icon, which method is better practice from judgeme? For example, using backgournd image, or just use jpg for star icon?

    Best regards
