Star Rating icons are not clickable

    Hi,

    We have enable Reviews tabs from the backend and it’s working fine on single product page. However, it’s star rating icon is not clickable on Product category page. We also checked theme and plugins but there is no confliction with these. Could you please provide us a solution to fix this?

    It looks like you are experiencing some issues with the star ratings on the product category page, when the stars are not clickable, correct?

    Please clarify if you are referring to the below areas:

    If so, although this is typically theme related, what you are experiencing is expected behavior, as this is where the overall ratings are displayed, and not where a customer leaves a rating.

    To check, you can add a review to any of those products via the single product page, and then check the product category page again. The star rating for that product should now display the rating you provided.

    It seems you are currently using the Astra theme, and although support related to third-party themes/plugins is outside our scope of support, I have gone ahead and double-checked this on my end while using Astra as my theme, and here are the results before my “Beanie” product had any reviews, and after I left a review via the single product page for the “Beanie”.
