Star rating is not showing

  • I have installed and configured the plugin with my website. But for the review section, only the bar diagram is showing and the star rating field is missing. Is there any settings or any other plugin to be added to this plugin?
    Kindly help with the same.

    there is nothing else to configure, the plugin should work.

    We have done some tests and we are not able to replicate your issue. We suggest you to deactivate all the plugins and just leave “WooCommerce” and “Advanced reviews” and also activate the theme “Twenty sixteen”. With this configuration you should have a basic WordPress installation based on “WooCommerce” and “Advanced reviews” which should work properly. So, from this point, you could try to activate your themes and plugins to see if there is a conflict when they are activated and localize the issue to find a solution.
