Would you PLEASE be so kind and delete my ticket on your helpdesk… unbelievable that emails get posted without asking.. and than there is no possibility what so ever to delete the ticket..

Problem1: once i implement via shortcode all reviews to my start page the links (i.e. 1 star, 2 stars…) in the summarybar lead to nowhere

Problem2: Implementing all reviews to a post sorting works only for new, highest, lowest I would like to show all 5 stars ratings, all 4 star ratings etc..

within the shortcodes there is no possibility to achieve this either

    Any help is appreciated

    Thanks for trying our plugin!

Can you please clarify where your emails were posted (and share a link if possible)?

    1. Can you please let me know what shortcode you implemented? And what are the parameters?

    2. Unfortunately, shortcodes do not support sorting of reviews. However, it should be possible to filter reviews by star rating.

    1) on your helpdesk
    2) If I implement the rating via gutenberg yes the reviews do have a filter and no your shortcode has NO possibility to filter by stars.. If so please you should be able to write me this shortcode..as in your explanations I can’t find anything but
    [cusrev_all_reviews sort=”DESC” per_page=”10″ number=”-1″ show_summary_bar=”true” show_pictures=”false” show_products=”true” categories=”” products=”” shop_reviews=”true” number_shop_reviews=”-1″ inactive_products=”false” show_replies=”false”]

Beside i would love to display a 4,9 of 5 stars for ALL reviews on the shop.

How do I achieve that. In order to display the number of reviews I use $comments_count->approved I would need to divide them by count_ratings but I really don’t know how

The result of the shortcode should be something like..
“This shop has 4.8/ 5stars from 1000 reviews”

    1. No, that is not how tickets on the Helpdesk work. Can you please share the public URL where your emails were allegedly published?

    2. By filtering I meant the ability to interactively click on a rating in the summary bar and view only reviews with this rating. I did not mean that the shortcode has an argument to show only reviews with a specific rating (e.g., five stars only). If you would like to display information like “This shop has 4.8/ 5stars from 1000 reviews”, you might want to try trust badges. They provide this kind of statistics.

We haven’t heard from you for more than two weeks. For this reason, I’ll assume that either you are not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If this is not the case, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help.
