Star rating not showing stars

  • Hello I’ve noticed that the star rating is not showing properly on various devices and browsers.

    If I view products that have ratings on my ipad there are no stars but instead SSSSS where the stars should be.

    Furthermore if I test in on windows 10 desktop (internet explorer) there are also no stars but instead dollar signs $$$$$.

    This was all reported to me by a client and when I test it out on windows 7 – firefox, chrome, internet explorer, ipad and iphone it works fine.

    Any ideas?
