Star rating ([RICH_REVIEWS_FORM]) doesn't work

Dear,
The star rating functionality recently stopped working, a couple of days before the update and the latest update didn’t fix it unfortunately.
The solution provided in the topic: [RICH_REVIEWS_FORM] NOT WORKING is not helping. I’ve selected the display option “Display Full width ” but it is still not possible to use the stars for a rating. This is in all browsers (FireFox, Chrome and Safari). Any suggestions?
Note: I only use the star ratings, no forms or other options of the plugin. Just these two shortcodes:
