Star ratings not showing

    Hi Chris,
    Thanks for this wonderful plugin, it is really great!
    My only problem is, that i can’t show the stars rating on views. It doesn’t seem to work at backend page either. The column is empty.

    It shows up just fine at the submission form

    If you use a caching or minifying plugin, try clearing those caches.

    For admin, try a Ctrl+F5 on each page.

    If you can post a link to the site, or send it to me via wpmission.com/contact, I will look for clues.

    Thank you for your fast response.
    Actually my theme gives me the option to minify css&javascript, but is not enabled as i am still working on it. I tried to clear the cache, i tried also to check the site with a new browser, still the same.

    Here you will find a view via shortcode (just scroll down a little), and here just a simple submission form

    I think you need to add the star rating field to the Custom Fields section of the view.

    I have added it there but is ignoring it completely.
    Just to mention, that those testimonials i added them by my self from the backend, if is this helping to anything.

    Actually i did when i was editing the post. It was ignored. I tried again few seconds ago by hitting the edit button next to star ratings, re-rating and voila!
    Not sure why is this happening, but i can live with that.

    Is a great plugin after all.

    Thanks, Nick. Glad it’s working. My guess is a browser cache issue. If it happens again on the back-end, try Ctrl+F5 on the post editor or clearing the browser cache.
