Star ratings not showing on google

  • Hello Hesham,

    I loved your plugin. I am using it for months. Applied everything fine. No errors in data structure tool. I have also kk star rating plugin installed for more than 2 years.
    The issue is that when I search ‘site:site_name keyword’ for example:
    ‘site:yaALLAH.in Nikah Istikhara’
    It shows the pages with star ratings. At the same time, star ratings are not showing through an organic search on google.
    I am struggling to resolve this issue for more than 4-5 months. Read all the forums. resolved all the data structure errors. But nothing worked ??
    I would be grateful if you could help me here.

    if you look at Google guidelines for adding Schema markup, you will know that Google want us to markup pages with only one specific type of Schema.

    So, a page should have only one type of markup.

    To solve this you must decide only one type of Schema for each page, try disabling the Schema plugin output. This can be done manually by editing the post and check the Turn Off Schema output option.

    I hope this is clear enough.

    I thank you so much for responding. I just need a bit more help from you.

    First query:
    How to select one type of schema? I have Islamic blog, so, shall I select ‘blog posting’ schema type only and disable all other types (person, organization, local business, navigation, website etc.)? However I have only these 3 schema types enabled: navigation, blog posting, and local business.
    Here, shall I disable the rest 2 schema types?

    Second query:
    How to disable schema plugin output? I didn’t get you- ‘disabling schema plugin manually by editing the post and check turn off schema output option.’
    I have schema enabled only for posts (not on home page).
    I would be very grateful for your help here. I am struggling to get stars on google organic searches.

    It looks like google updated the algorithm. Previously, in September my website https://nicolebridal.vn/ was still showing 5 star rating on google search results but now it suddenly disappeared. I have reset kk-star-ratting but the problem is not resolved
