Star ratings not showing on search results and in rich result test

Hi,

I have installed the plugin two months ago and enabled the rich snippet in the settings, yet :

– star ratings are not showing on Google search results, even though my recipes pages do have ratings
– when I use the Rich Results Test, result keep showing that aggregate rating is missing.
