    Another question: If I activate the “Book 5 Star Rating Box” only 2 of all books show a rating.
    Where does this rating come from? Is it possible to show there the rating of the user comments?

    There should now be a “5 Star Rating” box in the review edit screen.

    The user comment rating shows up beside the user’s comment and also in the review schema that Google sees.
