Stars are not visible after the last update from 2.6.4 to 3.1.1

After the last update from 2.6.4 to 3.1.1 stars are not visible. They are visible only if Iam logged in to the admin page, if I am logged out the stars are not visible (but still visible in Google Search).

I tried to downgrade this plugin to previous version 2.6.4, but it does not help, still the same problem (but visual changed). Iam using WordPress 5.2 and PHP 7.2 and all the plugins on my website are updated. What to do?
