stars do not display after upgrading to 0.5.1

I had the plugin installed at version 0.5.0 and the stars were working fine.

After upgrading yesterday to 0.5.1, the stars no longer display.

Do I need to downgrade? if so, where can I find a download for version 0.5.0?
