I’m working on localhost so there’s no site that you can go to to look at what I am, but the stars do not show up at all, not even hidden. The spans are there in the source code when I look through the web inspector. The Rating field title shows up and there is a space between the Review Title and the Review field itself where the stars should go. I tried making them a different color thinking maybe it was the B&W problem a few people had but that did not work. What I have made work for me was going through the .php file and taking out the else/if line that said the star rating was required, but I can’t find where it displays that whole field, as I would like to be able to remove that field completely until it works as you intended. I would like a customization feature that allows us to choose which fields we would like to display. I did however, get the test review I sent and was able to approve it.

I would rate the plugin 5 stars but I can’t click them!!! Joking aside, this plugin works great other than the stars.

So that only worked to get the form to submit. Whenever the reviews display on the webpage it shows up the B&W stars but defaults to just 1, which looks bad when the review text says 5 stars. Any help would be appreciated.

Found the div class that has the stars in it and set it to display none and that worked for now. I would still like to be able to use the stars as that is a great idea for the review form.

I also can’t change the font of the headings. I tried adding a class to my css to override it but that didn’t work, then I tried editing the rich-review.css and adding a rule but that didn’t work either. I also tried !important, but nothing I’ve done will change the font of the headings. It makes it look out of place. I assume this is just something I’m doing wrong but it can’t hurt to bring others attention to it.
