Stars (Images) not showing after SSL

    Hi,

    I was configuring my website on localhost, when I migrated it on hosting and installed SSL, review stars aren’t showing up anymore, other plugins work fine, I also cleared cache.

    What might be the problem ?

    Hi!

    Can you please provide a logfile? How did you install the webserver? You need php image library and if you compiled everything on your own it is possible that this one is missing.

    Hi,

    Sorry for late response I didn’t get notification.

    How do I provide log file?
    I didn’t install web server I migrated it from localhost to hostgator wordpress hosting using plugin (have done this on other websites, all working well), it was working before I installed SSL & then stopped working, inspect element shows that request goes to https version of image link but it returns 500.

    So the plugin works with HTTP on that hosting service but not with HTTPS?

    Can you please provide a link to that page? Logfiles should be available inside the administration panel of your webhoster. Some kind of donwload?

    Yes, it works without SSL.

    Site is currently under construction so only logged in users can see it, I will try to find log files if I can.

    There is nothing in log files related to this plugin.
