Stars missing

    I recently installed the Ultimate Reviews plugin.

    When I first set it up, there were stars on the ‘submit review’. However, now they are no longer there.

    What have I done? I’ve looked through the settings and can’t see a problem.

    I’m on the basic, free version for now.

    By the way, I searched the forum for this question but got an error message.

    Hi Mike,

    If you click “Options” -> “Fields”, are “In-Depth Reviews” set to Yes or No?

    If they’re set to Yes, is there a row for the stars to the “In-Depth Review Fields” section?

    For example:

    There wasn’t that option there (I assume I must have deleted it by mistake).

    However, I’ve now added it and it works. The stars have reappeared!
