Stars Not Appearing in the Google – Schema – All In One Schema Rich Snippets

    All review stars suddenly disappear from Google search as Google announces a new algorithm update to the review schema and displays rich results.

    But you have not updated your plugin for the last eight months. When I validate my schema in the Google Structured Data Testing Tool, I am getting an error. You have 100,000+ active installations, we are waiting for the updates but you don’t care.

    When will you release the update? I have been waiting for a long time.

    I am Elvina from team Brainstorm Force and I’d like to inform you that we’ve released an update with a fix to the mentioned issue. Please update the plugin and let us know how it goes.

    I just wanted to add to this saying that the All In One Schema Rich Snippets is a stable plugin with only a few improvements and fixes that may be required with time. Therefore, we don’t release an update quite often unless there’s a major change or something isn’t working at all.

    However, sorry again for the inconvenience caused this time. We’d love to know how the recent update is doimng for you. ??

    @brainstormteam – I have the same problem and I am up to date with your plugin (updates only via wordpress updates, not manually). I got a lot of errors from google a few hours ago. The fields are all expanded in the plugin view, which isn’t necessary not is it a nice overview. Every content couldn’t be found by google. Please make an update available via the official wordpress channels. Thanks.

    No. Please help me out here in the forum. That’s what is for.

    @brainstormteam – the fields are still expand, there’s no update. I am also getting errors from google, that there are fields missing, all fields. Google isn’t recognizing anything from Rich Snippets.

    @brainstormteam – Fields still expanded. I was trying to open a support ticket like you suggested, but doesn’t work either. Because I am not pro, it is a free version. Only pros can open a ticket. If you can’t fix this and won’t (you didn’t even reply here anymore), I don’t understand why this tool is still supported in the free version and listed under plugins.

    Please try clearing your website and server-side cache and try again. I’d also suggest you to hard-reload the page.

    If the issue still persists, we’ll need to take a closer look, so that we can identify the real problem and help you with an accurate solution asap.

    The cache will be cleared automatically from time to time via cronjob / htaccess. the problem persists, the fields are all expanded in the backend.

    I still can’t open a ticket in the support center on your website.

    I already used the form in the backend of the plugin two times. First is 1-2 weeks ago, second time is days ago. No feedback.

    Just to make sure we have tested our backend support form and it works.

    about the rating disappear, Google has done major updated in schemas requirement and in some schemas rating are no longer required, that’s why rating are no longer exists in the search result.

    We are following the changes carefully in the free plugin, and we are working on this new schema update.

    We have already updated the requirements of the schema in pro plugin according to the new update.
