stars visible only when accesing from my panel

    Hi everybody,

    I have just installed this rating plugin on my site (www.azultrenzado.com), and I made it active for posts and front pages, to show at the right bottom. But I can only see the stars and text when clicking to “visit my site” from my own panel (and not everytime!). When I enter thru firefox or ie (even being connected to my account) the stars are not shown. Can anyone tell me why? Or what should I do to solve this problem?

    I’ve just tested your site in Chrome and I see the ratings. Have you fixed it someway?

    thank you for answering.
    No, I didn’t fix it. And I can’t understand what happens. We can see the stars with my boyfriend’s phone (both with Chrome and Firefox) but can’t see them on our computers. I’ll try today at work, with other computers. I’m puzzled.

    Thank you, rkquizzes, but obviously I had already done that.

    Final results are that everybody can see the widget but me. That’s it. It works, and I asked several people to look on their own computers and everybody sees the widget. But my own laptop doesn’t unless I go to my site from my panel.
    As it seems it works for everybody else, I will go on with the widget ??

    WoW! That’s a super-strange bug. I have no idea how to investigate this one besides doing a remote control session with you. Do you mind to try do a TeamViewer session with me so I can see the issue myself and try to fix it straight from your laptop?     Stars showed up yesterday afternoon (?)
    They seem to stick to the page, by now ??
