Start Archive from Certain Number Post

I am setting up my archive page right now. What I would like to do is not show the 10 most recent posts, but list all posts after that. In other words, show everything from post number 11 on.

The reason is, I have the 10 most recent posts displayed on my homepage, but want to link to everything after that on a subsequent page.

Is there a good way to do this, or maybe a plugin that can handle it.
