Start button doesn't work

I love the plugin, I made a 35 question quiz but when I publish or see the preview of the draft, it doesn’t show up and when I finally see it on the page, I press the start button and it doesn’t work, It takes me to my url ending with # as in https://www.omdream.com/name-of-post/#

And of course it doesn’t work ! Please help, If you mend it I’ll put 5 stars, I love the plugin ! Come on make it work !
