Start chat button process in 2 steps

    Dear all

    I have the following issue. When a user wants to start the chat it happens the following:

    > 1st click > It displays a popup which has a “start chat” button
    > 2nd click > It displays another popup which has a “start chat” button

    How could i avoid to have a repetitive process? I would like that users could enter the chat with only one click. Is that possible?

    Hi @ssune ,

    I am afraid there’s currently no way to do that unfortunately.

    You can try enabling the “Automatic Chatbox Pop-Up” option under “Settings -> Chat Box” and select “All Forms – Show chatbox forms and fields” and see if this saves a step.

    Thank you ver much for the great plugin.

    I have only one problem, it the same, but the auto popup seems to be very disturbing, similar to the redundand start button / confirmation needs.

    Please be so kind and fix the problem.
