Start Course 404

    Hi, I manage to create course category, course, lesson and quiz..
    But when I test it and click ‘START COURSE’ it didn’t start and end up with 404 page.

    But if I change permalink into %postname%, it works fine, but list of course has gone 404 page instead..
    How to get them stable connected each others?

    Current permalink is /index.php/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/
