Start date of contest

I need people to register and upload image for photo contest before the contest start date. So that everyone gets equal days to get the votes. I do not find this option in this plugin.

To make it simple, I need to announce the Registration/participation start and end date.
Then voting start and end date and then the result date. How can that be done please advice.
