Start, End date range off by a day

For example, if I select the start date for May 1, the ad will start displaying on April 30th. This holds true for the end date. I thought there might be something wrong with the date or timezone on my hosting, but verified all of these settings. All of the dates displayed in the admin panel show the correct dates set; the post dates are also all correct.
