    Are you using a custom template for display? (My Calendar > Template Editor)

    No – not using the template.

    I did tick the button to use the default template code – but had to turn it back off as it was not displaying any of my event data…

    I did inspect the HTML and it seems the span class distort is there, but on activated.
    (grayed out)

    Your site has a block of custom CSS with

    .event-time { display: none; }

    That’s (obviously) hiding the event time. It looks like it’s been added in a plug-in; there’s a comment in the code “ST CSS EDITOR”; I don’t know specifically what that is.
