    When requesting support it is very helpful if you have already done some basic troubleshooting to isolate the error. This will help resolve your problem faster.

    First, ensure you are running the latest version of the plugin and read the documentation.

    Second, search the forum for similar threads and see if any of the proposed solutions work for you.

    Third, to test what’s wrong, deactivate all your other plugins and switch to the default WordPress theme. If the problem persists, open a thread. If not, figure out which plugin is in conflict and open a thread mentioning both plugins. Or if it’s the theme then tell me, so that I can take a look and help you fix it.
