Start Import Button Missing for ver 1.13.2

This is really strange.

Have you activated the WP_DEBUG? It throws any errors?

turned on debug, no errors being listed or created.

I would reinstall ver 1.12.5 but all I currently have is 1.9.7, so I will try that one to see if it works. If you have a download for 1.12.5 still available let me know and I can try that one as well. I have been also checking for conflicts with security plugins such as wordfence and wp-security, since they also have been updated when i updated to WP5.1

Version 1.9.7 the start Importing button returns. So it appears something broke between ver 1.12.5 and the latest Version 1.13.2. If you can tell me where to download 1.12.5, i will install that one and re-check.

I was able to figure out how to download ver 1.12.5. I have verified that The Start Importing button is displaying properly with this version with WP5.1

Sorry today is holiday in my region and I was out.

Could you tell me which button is disappear? In the backend? The one from the frontend? I have made dozens of tests and all works correctly.

The Blue Start Importing button that you get from the Tools Menu in the backend:
for example: https://sitename.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=acui

This is really strange, could I have a look?

As a summary for anyone needing to follow along:
Environment wordpress 5.1.
Start Importing button within the backend is displaying properly with version 1.12.5; but,
no longer displays after upgrading to version 1.13.2
