Looking at your profile, I see that you only made 1 comment on a resolved topic and it was directed to the original poster. how does this validate you saying you got no good support?

Please don’t get me wrong, I respect your opinion and thank you for giving the plugin a try. It’s very much appreciated that you took the time to try it out.

With regards to your statement on the calculations, perhaps if you posed an actual support query I could try and help you out. I’m here now and would gladly provide you with an answer.

well, you only have to check how many resolved issues you have…

Granted there are many unresolved issues. but if you look at them you’ll notice that I try to at least answer each one. They are unresolved because I either haven’t found a solution yet, or the original poster hasn’t marked the issue resolved.

I don’t like marking questions resolved since I feel the person posting is responsible for this. they need to state if they feel the issue is resolved.

And yes. There are many issues I have not been able to get to yet. its a simple case of not enough time. But when I do get a free moment, I do what I can to address them the best I can. I don’t have a support team or funding to hire one. I just want to help out the best I can.

I have been working more than 2 weeks with your plugin. At the beginning everything seemed to work. After a while the conditions start to fail (without changing anything). I tried to replace them and they never worked again

I have just started a new one 20 min ago and some conditions work and some other don’t.

I guess you can understand how frustrated I am after working for 2 weeks in an estimation form and now I have to drop everything.

the idea of your plugin is fantastic but it has too many bugs that you should fixe.

In case it can help, I’m mostly using dropdown and checkbox and they fail when some conditions are called.

ps: have you changed something in the last 2 days. Till then everything was working. then everything was a mess

I built this plugin because I got frustrated by other form plugins. I could not get them to do what I needed. So yes, I fully understand your frustration.

I did release an update 5 days ago, but nothing since then. And that update didn’t have anything to do with conditionals.

It did however address a few things with field binding on the admin. This is where you connect fields to various things, this might have caused something to go wrong.

Are you able to send me the exported form? I would live to take a look and see if I can find the problem. If it turns out to be a config bug, then I would love to fix it. If its a config issue, I would like to document it and make a fix to prevent it from happening again.

I built this mostly by myself and I can only test so much. I really need people to report bugs and find issues to help me find problems that I missed, so that I can fix them.
