“Start quiz!”-button

    Hello

    I love this plugin. But is it possible to get the first page of the quiz to just be a “start quiz”-button?

    I often use the quiz at the bottom of an article with shortcode, so it would be nice if the quiz didn’t start until the reader said “go”!
