Start quiz button on every question page?

Hey @gtr2013 – it looks like you were able to get rid of the start button. Did you have any other issues you need assistance with?

No – actually. Type in a user name and the start button appears. And then answer the first question and hit ‘next.’ The start button still appears. Look at this captured screen shot of the 3rd question:
