    HI!

    When testing the quizz a padlock appears next to it and clicking on the start button the message “Start quizz failed” appears. Link to the print of the screen informed. What does this mean and how to solve it?

    Because you didn’t enroll the course. So you cannot start the quiz. Please check again.

    I have the same issue. User enrolled the course. how to solve it?

    I am also experiencing this issue even though the users are enrolled on the course. Any suggestions to fix this?

    when i press the button start for enter to quizz
    i have the error,
    error: Start quiz failed!

    Hi guys,

    Please help me go to menu Plugins / Installed Plugins and make sure you are using the newest version for LearnPress – v3.0.9.

    Updated: the issue is fixed.

    There was a problem when system upgraded from an older LearnPress version to the newest version. In this case, please manually upgrade the database by going to menu LearnPress / Tools / Database / Upgrade Database.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    This issue is not fixed. Same problem in Version 3.0.11.1. We upgraded the database and still have the problem. “Start quiz failed!”
