    Star rating not working in my site
    “You have already voted for this article” this message is display when open blog article first time

    and also try to give vote to change IP but the same message is display
    last 1 month i have facing this issues
    wordpress version : 4.9.8
    themes : bethemes
    plugin version : 1.8.8

    Hi, thank you for using Yasr.

    Most probably this is caused by the caching plugin: I see you use WPFC, that should work with Yasr, but some issue can happens: can you please try to delete all your caches, disable the plugin and try again?

    if this problem is due to and cashing plugin then it will face this issues every time when i try to vote artical or blog
    but this type of issues arrive some time while Some time this work absolutely perfect

    I understand your corcerns, but can you please try to disable the caching plugin and test it again?

    Further, can you able it in a post or page so I can test it myself?
    Now I see another plugin in action

    thanks but At this time plugin work perfect no need to do any more but this issues arrives some time only
