Started a petition to Ask the Azure PHP Team to take this over

I know they have folded the original creators of this plugin into other teams as MS. So i started a petition for the azure php team to take this over. https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-php/issues/845
If enough people comment on this maybe we can get them to start developing this plugin again.
