Started events are not bookable

    I’ve checked “Are started events bookable?” option on settings page but started events are still not bookable. I’ve a 10am-4pm event which people should be able to book after 10am but I can’t get it to work because at 10am the event disappears from booking calendar on the frontend.

    Hello, you also need to configure your booking form to display the past events:
    Go to Booking Activities > Booking forms > your form > Calendar settings > Availability tab > Display past events

    Hello, displaying past events will allow people to load previous months in the calendar but they can’t book old dates so it’s fine.

    Is it possible to add the setting “Are started events bookable?” on booking forms so I can enable it for selected events only? I’d prefer not to enable the setting for all the events on the website.

    I note your feature request, thank you!
    For groups of events, there is a more specific option in the group category settings, so I might consider adding the option in the activity settings instead for a better consistency, I am currently not sure of the feasability either way.

    Alternatively, you can enable it at the site level and do not display past events on the booking forms you do not want to apply it.
