• What looked to be a promising solution did not meet our needs in the end. We like the social connection features and the ability to customize the UI, but there is no support for screen readers for our visually impaired users, and that is very important to us.

Then, our chat was blocked because we hit the maximum number of users for our account. Not *registered* users, just lurkers. Instead of sending us some sort of heads-up via email, access to the chat was denied to all users, which made us look ridiculous to our audience.

Suggestion to the developers: if a user, new or otherwise, hits their user limit, you might want to allow them to have a 24-hour grace period with an email to the account holder offering options, instead of simply shutting down access to everyone.

Meanwhile, we’re taking our business elsewhere.
