    Downloaded this to see if it would fit with the website I am working on for the local government office. When I went to open it on localhost it would open because of an error

    SCREAM: Error suppression ignored for
    Fatal Error: Call to undefined function get_header() in C:\wamp\www\hueman\index.php on line 1

    I’ve checked the index.php file and don’t see anything wrong, but I’m probably missing something – suggestions?
