Starter site import not working

    I have seen many tutorials online explaining how to import a starter site from the “Neve options” page but they simply don’t work for me. I see no errors, only success messages, but when I go to my landing page it looks like an ugly list with my posts and nothing like the demos. I am trying to switch to the Neve theme while preserving my existing content. Am I doing something wrong? I haven’t found any tutorial explaining how to migrate to Neve from another theme.

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    At first, I’d recommend you check the pages in your dashboard. If you find the imported pages there then view the homepage or frontpage. If you can see the layout like the demo then please go to the homepage settings under the Appearance > Customize section and select that page as your front page.

    If you don’t have the imported pages then please deactivate plugins that are not required in the Neve theme and try to reimport the content.
