Starting creating a website without hosting

  • Hey!

    I’m totally new to wordpress… and I don’t have any knowledge about it.

    I want to know if it’s possible to start creating or making design of a website without an hosting?! I’m not sure yet about the domain name I want to put on the website, but I would like to start the design of the website. Is it possible to do it offline? (starting designing the website, buying templates etc but without publishing the actual website).

    How can I do that?
