Starting new blog after multisite enabled

Log off and log back on.

Did you dump all your cookies and cache?

Also, are you logged in with the Super Admin account? You may need to login as ‘admin’.

Oddly enough now it’s not letting me log into my admin area! I’m at “https://mydomain.com/wp-admin/” and now all of a sudden my password is not working!!! i did dump all my cookies and cache BTW. This is so frustrating!

Will it let you reset your password?

Ok..got back on to admin page but still no superadmin feature. I have logged in and out and cleared cache, etc. Any ideas?

I went back into my public_html file to make sure my config file and .htaccess were updated correctly to what it says under “network” on dashboard and now when I try to log in my admin page (https://mydomain.com/wp-admin/) it is redirecting me directly to my blog site! Now I’m worried I messed something up. What did I do wrong?

Worked with my web host and got it worked out! Yay!

For further users, you need to make sure when you open your file manager, to make sure you can see your hidden files so you can edit your .htaccess, otherwise your web host technicians will have to get involved.
