    Image processing has been very slow for the past few weeks (seems to be an ongoing issue?) now won’t upload at all – constant http errors.

    This ‘productivity’ tool is beginning to suck big time.

    Hi! We appreciate your feedback, and we’re sorry that you’re having that experience. We hear you. Over the past few days, especially, we’ve been confronted with some pretty severe issues with our servers.

    We can say quite confidently that we promise things are better now. Our infrastructure is far more robust, and can handle many more requests than before. This translates directly into a better user experience for users of the WordPress plugin.
