State and Zip Code based Tax not calculated

Hello Support Team,

I want to calculate Tax based on State and Zip Code,but I my orders is not updated when i select state.I already set Tax for Georgia in woocommerce->setting->tax. You just check this link – https://lsdemoserver.com/wp/FDA/ . I need your help its urgent.
