State dropdown not populated

Hi, i’m from chile, and i can’t populate states dropdown (only in brazil), how can i add states?

WooCommerce does not ship states for all the countries in the world and that issue is not related to our plugin.
You can add your own states for Chile using a small function on your theme’s functions.php file (https://docs.woothemes.com/document/addmodify-states/) or by creating a small plugin to do it. Take this other plugin of ours as example: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/portugal-states-distritos-for-woocommerce/

We could release a plugin to add the Chile states to WooCommerce, like we did with the Portuguese ones.

In your opinion what should be considered states?
The regions: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Administrative_divisions_of_Chile#Regions
or
The Provinces: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Administrative_divisions_of_Chile#Provinces

After you choose the country on the STATE RULE, you have to save the settings and get back there to see the states for that country.
