State Sales Tax not being applied

    I am working on a WooCommerce store with the Storefront theme, and am using the built in Sales Tax functionality. I only need to charge state sales tax if the shipping address is for Massachusetts (USA), which I have set up as 6.25%. For a while, this was working fine, but when getting back to development a few months ago, the tax is no longer being calculated. It comes up as $0.00 for Massachusetts.

    I have set up the WooCommerce/Settings/Tax and enabled tax for the County US and State MA and all other setting appear to be correct. There is no other Tax plugin that I am aware of.

    Anyone have any insight?
