State Validation Not Working

Hello,

When on the checkout page, I fill out all of my information for shipping details and when I proceed to check out am bounced back to the page saying that I need to enter a valid state. I choose the appropriate state from the dropdown menu, so I am confused as to why the validation fails.

The only thing I can think of is perhaps a null value?
