    I have a domain dhevilz.com and all the assets (css and js) I send via CDN different domains (dhevilzprojects.eu.org) and when using this theme I get a 404 error ..

    but this error does not change or spoil the appearance of the theme …
    but I am a little uncomfortable seeing the 404 error

    @creativethemeshq I have archived your reply and flagged your account for moderation.

    While I know you have the best of intentions, it’s forum policy that you not ask users for admin or server access. Users on the forums aren’t your customers, they’re your open source collaborators, and requesting that kind of access can put you and them at high risk.

    If they are paying customers (such as people who bought a premium service/product from you) then by all means, direct them to your official customer support system. But in all other cases, you need to help them here on the forums.

    Thankfully are other ways to get information you need:

    You get the idea.

    We know volunteer support is not easy, and this guideline can feel needlessly restrictive. It’s actually there to protect you as much as end users. Should their site be hacked or have any issues after you accessed it, you could be held legally liable for damages. In addition, it’s difficult for end users to know the difference between helpful developers and people with malicious intentions. Because of that, we rely on plugin developers and long-standing volunteers (like you) to help us and uphold this particular guideline.

    When you help users here and in public, you also help the next person with the same problem. They’ll be able to read the debugging and solution and educate themselves. That’s how we get the next generation of developers.

    @jdembowski We completely understand this and the point is taken. We won’t be asking for admin access here on the public forums. Going forward we’ll be using the tools made available to us here on www.ads-software.com (and thanks for them!) to solve our and our users problems.
    And thanks a lot for the suggestions on how better to get information from users without having any access to get back of the site — these would help.

    @dhevilz are you using a WordPress plugin to configure the CDN on your site? If so, can you please let us know which one you use? We need to make sure Webpack’s public path gets properly populated with your CDN’s URL. We already have an integration here with BunnyCDN and CDN settings that are coming from WP Rocket plugin and we definitely want to expand these to have wider support.

    @creativethemeshq Thanks for the reply.

    I’ve gone back and archived all of your off forum asks because of the many times you have asked for login. Please refrain from asking for off forum asks. I’ve just archived a new reply.

    Help your users here and you’ll be making the community a better place for all of your users.

    Hello @jdembowski, understood, this won’t happen again.
